Abbie Gardner

Singer, songwriter, and dobro player Abbie Gardner has landed on the Billboard blues chart with her warm voice and lively playing style. A performer of everything from bluesy originals to folk balladry and vintage swing standards, she sang in a variety of jazz groups before releasing her solo debut album, the swing-oriented My Craziest Dream, in 2004. Incorporating dobro, Gardner settled into her trademark blend of blues, folk, country, and jazz thereafter, including such releases as 2006's Honey on My Grave, 2018's Wishes on a Neon Sign, and 2022's truly solo DobroSinger, which reached number 11 on Billboard's Blues Albums chart.
