This is Brent, for me listening to Nirvana on headphones in my Grandparents basement playing drums on Tupperware and using pan lids as cymbals hanging from their rafters because I didn't have a drum set. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Hamid Drake, Tatsu Aoki, Thymme Jones & Joshua Abrams)” The morning of the session, we saw a coyote run across the street in front of us as we were driving to the studio. Found out later that someone close the the band passed away that day. Coyotes are believed to be spirits roaming the earth ... What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Having the blessing to work with Hamid Drake, Tatsu Aoki and Joshua Abrams who all had formed in different constellations, the rhythm section for sax giant Fred Anderson. Adding Thymme Jones in the mix, representing our hometown of Chicago. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There’s an open sky and river. No real barriers >>>>
