Safety Trance

Safety Trance is one of the aliases of Venezuelan DJ and producer Luis Garbán, perhaps better known in electronic circles for his work as Cardopusher. Now living in Barcelona and having become a mainstay of the electronic music landscape, Garbán created Safety Trance as a project that would allow him to explore other styles, in particular vocal songs (his Cardopusher output was largely instrumental) and the fusion of reggaeton and Latin urban music with electronica. His first release as Safety Trance was the EP Noches De Terror (2022), which included the hit "El Alma Que Te Trajo," featuring long-time associate Arca. Labeled as an album even if only four minutes longer than the EP, Lágrimas followed a few months later.
