In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories is sitting in the studio with my younger brother while my father worked on songs with his gospel group. Being around those sessions showed me early on how powerful music really is. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Daniel Caesar, Freudian Erykah Badu, Baduizm I chose Freudian, Baduizm, and Voodoo because they shaped the way I fell in love with music. Each album carries a feeling that goes beyond sound—soulful, honest, and timeless. They remind me why I create and what I want my music to mean for others.
