In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories is sitting close to the TV, flipping through music channels late at night, singing along to my mom’s ringtone as she got ready. I didn’t know melody or pitch only that music made me feel safe, seen, and free. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Adele, 21 Fireboy DML, Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps Wizkid, Superstar Superstar reminds me of where it all began, that youthful hunger and timeless sound that made me believe music could take you anywhere. Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps feels pure and full of heart, and 21 taught me to tell my own stories with truth. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Control” Definitely Control. That song came from surrender and self-discovery it’s me learning to own every version of myself. It feels like my rebirth, the moment I stopped shrinking and started owning my story. I’m not just finding control, I’m becoming it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was hearing Control on the radio for the first time. It felt unreal, like all those quiet nights of dreaming finally had a sound the moment something that began in my heart finally reached the world. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much. I want to make music that travels, reaching people who need it in places I’ve never been. One day I want to hear a crowd from around the world sing my lyrics back to me that would mean I’ve truly connected.
