In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a kid I heard "Leaving on A Jet Plane" by John Denver. I had a toy plane & I'd seen planes in the sky so this was finally a song I could relate to! Nowadays, even if the idea of a song I'm writing is complex or strange I try to use simple images. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nirvana, Bleach Deluxe Edition Patti Smith Group, Easter Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain Soundtrack from the Motion Picture On Purple Rain I love Prince's arrangements & vocals & big persona (& I feel a lot of humor in that too). Patti Smith's just so gripping on Easter - like I feel that the stakes are high & the band is taking me on a ride. Nirvana's Bleach: a wild one! Tell us why you chose this song. “Don't Fuck With Your Luck” We're so happy we could get this song recorded and out into the world. Musically, it's our moodiest, most atmospheric track ever. It's full of apocalypse and dread, but, also, I would say, humor... like it's the big comedy of being human.
