Dallas-based rapper and producer ian makes trap songs with woozy synths, Auto-Tuned delivery, and blunt punch lines. Producing music since the late 2010s, he blew up quickly in 2024, when his brief mixtape Valedictorian became a viral sensation. The single "Fit Check" (featuring VonOff1700) preceded ian's debut album, Goodbye Horses, which appeared the same year. A second mixtape, 2005, appeared in 2025.
