Jasper Høiby

Danish bassist Jasper Høiby is a virtuoso performer, known for his full-throttle, yet still sophisticated brand of contemporary post-bop jazz. He best known for his leading his Phronesis trio, as on 2007's Organic Warfare, 2010's Phronesis: Alive, and 2018's We Are All. He also leads the trio Planet B and 3Elements, and has recorded as a quintet with Fellow Creatures, who released Fellow Creatures: We Must FightFellow Creatures: We Must Fight in 2025.
