Javy Hustle

Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Javy Hustle is a Latin urban artist associated with the "malianteo" subgenre. A reggaeton variant developed in the early 2020s, "malianteo" is characterized by its darker undertones, fast dembow-influenced beats, speedy flows, and lyrics typically dealing with petty criminality and ghetto life. After making some inroads into the industry with his early videos, Hustle secured a distribution deal with Virgin Music Group US Latin, and in 2024 released his first official single, "Quererme Bien," featuring Jeyyff. A dozen more followed and many of them were later collected in La Ganga Del Joseo, Vol. 1, Javy Hustle's debut full-length released in August 2025.
