In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father was a singer/songwriter and filled our home with acoustic music regularly. I watched him right songs as I learned to speak myself. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eagles, Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975 Steve Earle, Guitar Town Tyler Childers, Purgatory These albums all played an extremely influential role in my life, and my perspective of music, lyrics, style, and creativity. I still listen to all of them repeatedly, and they play a part in my own musical style Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wilder Horses” Wilder Horses is one of my favorite songs I've written. Amongst many themes in the song, it pays tribute to my late horse Cody, who I give much of the credit to for making a good cowboy out of me. He's pictured on the album cover.
