In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. During my second choir rehearsal at a small church, we were asked to compose a song on the spot. Suddenly, a melody and lyrics came to me. I sang them out, and to my surprise, everyone loved it. I knew then that I could create something from nothing.
