In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories come from growing up with my dad’s playlists, radio hits, TV jams, and later the internet. I connected with nearly everything Ghanaian on radio/TV, blending hip-hop, R&B, and hiplife to shape the sound that moves me now. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, African Giant Kojo Antwi, Densu Shaggy, Hot Shot Albums like Shaggy’s Hot Shot, 50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’, Kanye’s My Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kojo Antwi’s Densu, and Burna Boy’s African Giant and Twice as Tall showed me what a true body of work means and how it deeply connects with listeners. Tell us why you chose this song. “Kwenam” I love my very first release, Kwenam, because it was my first time truly expressing myself by blending singing and rapping. That track opened a new chapter in my music and gave me the confidence to explore my full creative potential. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career was my very first live performance. Feeling the energy of a crowd and connecting with strangers through my music sparked something inside me that only I can fully understand. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One thing still on my bucket list is to truly connect with fans from every corner of the world. I dream of bringing all of them together in one place, sharing the energy & emotion of my music live. it would be an unforgettable moment of unity & love.
