Phra

Electro house producer Francesco Barbaglia (aka Phra) is best known for his work in Crookers, both as a duo and a solo endeavor. He worked with fellow producer Bot as Crookers from 2003 to 2012 before taking on the moniker as a solo artist. In that time, they released three albums together, 2009's Put Your Hands on Me, 2010's Tons of Friends, and 2011's Dr Gonzo. The fourth Crookers album, 2015's Sixteen Chapel, was made by Barbaglia alone. The following year kickstarted a fruitful collaborative relationship with Mr. Oizo, with the release of "No Tony." Another joint track, "Dolce Vita," surfaced in 2019 before the appearance of their full-length album, Voila, in 2022.
