In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Listening to music on the radio and trying to sing along as a very young child. My dad noticed and took me to buy a microphone/karaoke set to further encourage my interest. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Deftones, Around the Fur LINKIN PARK, Hybrid Theory (Deluxe Edition) Metallica, Metallica (Remastered) M - Yes, you can be a heavy band and still be melodic & write iconic songs that translate! LP - Every song could’ve been a single. Has inspired thousands of bands sounds. Def - Inspired huge bands like Chevelle and Tool. Listen all the way through. It is about my father losing his battle with addiction and also parallels many others struggles with the same epidemic. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Singing on stage with Lzzy Hale during Halestorm set. Joe (guitarist) invited me on stage and had me sing with them. Never thought that would’ve happened!
