Venezuelan-born, Miami-based Maye is a singer and songwriter of soothing, Latin-tinged electronic pop. Barely into her twenties she managed to secure a publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music, and in 2019 she released her debut single, "My Love." Later that same year she went viral globally with "Tú," which eventually surpassed the 100 million streams mark. While unable to reach the same heights, Maye kept honing her brand of lounge-influenced Latin pop with a dozen more singles, and became an in-demand songwriter and collaborator. Her debut album, Música para Abril el Cielo, was released in mid-2025 and was accompanied by her first solo U.S. tour.
