In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories are all around going to massive stage shows with my Father. He is the legendary reggae artist Sizzla Kalonji and would take me and my sister to his shows when he was performing What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same Rihanna, Unapologetic Sizzla, Da Real Thing Da Real Ting is a personal favorite as it was written by my father about my father. The production is also the best for any reggae artist in the last 3 decades. Drake is my G so I have to put in him. I have always loved Rihanna for her growth. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ecstasy” Ecstasy is a mood that I have wanted to capture for a long time and was able to do it perfectly. It's a hypnotetic, almost pyschedelic vibe in the music, hence the name ecstasy. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at Reggae on the river, the first official time I had received "artist treatment". They flew me out, put me out and reunited with my father in America for the first time in years. We discussed our family history and had an emotional moment Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to work with more top industry people. I want to be an annually charting artist. I also want to create my own label to release my own music. Eventually, I want to start incorperating film into my creative career.
