Luke Una

A crucial part of Manchester's party scene since the 1980s, Luke Una is a renowned DJ and promoter behind influential club nights such as Electric Chair and Homoelectric. His sets are wildly eclectic, blending soul, funk, spiritual jazz, and Brazilian music with house and techno. Along with Justin Crawford, he is half of the DJ and production duo the Unabombers, who released several mix CDs and disco edit 12" singles during the 2000s, and an album as the Elektrons. His unmixed compilation Luke Una Presents É Soul Cultura appeared in 2022.
