Samurai Pizza Cats

German metalcore band Samurai Pizza Cats channel humor and pop culture into their music, demonstrating the genre's wild and wacky side. To further exemplify this, they often incorporate elements of electronic music, namely trance and other high-energy styles of EDM. Formed in Castrop-Rauxel in 2021 by members of various other bands in the local scene. They quickly established themselves locally and online with their combination of fun themes and heaviness. Their debut album, You're Hellcome, saw release in 2023. The following year saw a few line-up changes. Shortly after, they signed to Century Media and began writing their second full-length, Press Start, which saw release in 2026.
