David Bloom

Conductor David Bloom is the founder of the Contemporaneous ensemble and regularly champions new music. As the leader of four separate ensembles in the city, he is one of New York's most visible conductors. By the mid-2020s, Bloom has already led more than 500 world premieres. His recordings include Raven Chacon: Voiceless Mass (2025).
