YONAKA

English rock band Yonaka combines heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and on-stage punk furor to create a raucous sound influenced by everything from metal to hip-hop. Fronted by the fiery Theresa Jarvis, the group debuted in the 2010s with their debut EP Heavy, later issuing their debut album, Don't Wait 'Til Tomorrow, in 2019. Hitting the U.K. Top 40, the album also helped the band score a nomination for Best British Newcomer at the 2019 Kerrang! Awards. Incorporating more melodic elements, they released the mixtape Seize the Power in 2021, which was followed by the Welcome to My House EP in 2023. Returning in 2026 as a trio, they issued their official sophomore set Until You're Satisfied.
