Grand Agent

Grand Agent is a solo underground rap artist from Philadelphia whose first album, entitled By Design, was released in February of 2001. Also notable is the newly developed Groove Attack label which sports Phife Dawg's first solo album away from A Tribe Called Quest. ~ Brad Mills
