Khalil

Khalil's watery post-R&B is the project of When Saints Go Machine's Nikolaj Vonsild, Yen Towers, and Lower's Simon Formann and Villads Klint. The trio mixes Vonsild's artistically Auto-Tuned vocals with similarly impressionistic production from Klint and Formann. Khalil released their debut single, "Rest My Head Against a Wall of Water," in 2017 ahead of their full-length debut The Water We Drink, which Danish label Posh Isolation released later that year. ~ Heather Phares
