Irish-Danish rapper Liam Nygaard O'Connor—a.k.a. L.O.C.—broke onto the scene in 1997 with hip-hop collective Alzheimer Klinikken before going solo in 2001. Initial success came with debut album Dominologi, which cemented the deep-thinking artist's conviction and versatility with hits like “Frøken Escobar”, love song “Du Gør Mig” and social critique “XxxCouture”. L.O.C. is one of Denmark's biggest-selling rappers and his consistent, concerted output has seen him spitting rhymes over classic breaks as well as rock-influenced anthems.
