We Came As Romans

Metalcore band We Came As Romans formed in 2005 while the members were still in high school and is known for their dual lead singers and orchestral elements. ∙ The band’s debut full-length, To Plant A Seed, came out in 2009 and was a No. 6 hit on the Billboard Heatseekers Album chart. ∙ Tracing Back Roots, their third album, was their first to crack the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 200, peaking at No. 8. ∙ Lead guitarist Joshua Moore is an avid player of Ibanez guitars and was selected by the company in 2013 to be a sponsored artist. ∙ In 2018, the group started The Kyle Pavone Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping addicts and their families, in memory of their singer who passed away that year. ∙ “Carry the Weight / From the First Note,” from 2019, was the band’s first release since Pavone’s death and marked their first recording with a single lead singer.
