Under the name waterbaby, Stockholm-based artist Kendra Egerbladh creates hypnotic bedroom pop that blends a low-key organic folk feel with sleek R&B and electronic elements. She first gained notice with "Stockholmsvy," her vibey hit collaboration with fellow Swede Hannes, then signed a deal with Sub Pop, which issued her debut EP, Foam, in 2023. A follow-up single, the string-adorned "Amiss," appeared two years later, the first fruit from her inaugural LP, 2026's Memory Be a Blade.
