Joel Melody

Joel Melody is a rapper, singer, and songwriter from the Dominican Republic. Melody began releasing singles in 2019, slowly developing a style that blended the Dominican and Caribbean rhythms of his childhood with the contemporary sounds of techno, urban, rap, and reggaeton, while drawing on his personal experiences for the lyrics. Música, his 2024 debut album, was produced by the Three Seven Music crew, and featured the single "Dime Que Me Amas." The following year Melody teamed up with fellow upcoming Dominican urbano artist Mark Poow under the moniker Dos Elegidos for a series of singles and an eventual joint album.
