In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I've been obsessed with guitars and performing since I was very young. I used to put on shows in my living room for my parents singing Fred Penner songs. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Déjà Vu Joni Mitchell, Court and Spark The Weakerthans, Reconstruction Site These are the most formative records for me. They were on heavy rotation in my house when I was a kid and introduced me to the idea that Lyrics can make you feel things, and help identify feelings. To me, the production matches the tone of the lyrics perfectly, and I am proud of how this song 'shows' instead of 'tells''.
