In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I couldn't have been more than 5 years old, I was singing Alice's Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie. I was convinced we were on our way to that restaurant, and no matter what my dad told me, I refused to believe it didn't exist What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Turner, England Keep My Bones Refused, The Shape of Punk to Come Silver Jews, American Water I chose these three albums because of their commitment to their own style, their unique tones, and their thoughtful approach to songwriting from the lyrical perspective. Each of them has an element of punk, but not because they're trying to Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Paper Tigers” I like this song because it sits in the middle of all our influences - hardcore punk, radio rock, and post punk - without making a gimmick or hitting on the nose of any one genre. The lyrics are my most vulnerable as well, bookending the record
