Bernardo Rubaja

Raised in Argentina, Rubaja studied piano formally as a child, performed in local pop groups during his teens, and advanced to Argentina's National Academy of Fine Arts. Several years spent studying music in the multicultural climate of Paris added to his skills as a performer and composer. Rubaja, who now lives in Southern California, released his first album as a leader on the Narada label. ~ Linda Kohanov
