About Folamour

French DJ/producer Bruno Boumendil (aka Folamour) takes the bright aesthetics of disco and adds a significant amount of house groove, making for laid-back but propulsive club tracks. He is the founder of the labels Touche Française, Moonrise Hill Material, and FHUO. Debuting with a pair of EPs in 2014, his first album, Chapeau Rouge, appeared in 2015. He continued refining his sound, occasionally dipping into hip-hop on releases like 2017's Umami. Further albums like 2019's Ordinary Drugs and 2025's Movement Therapy included more collaborations.
