I have been playing Phase 10 for the past 7 days and recently finished the first map. Initially, I found the game to be enjoyable and engaging. The mechanics are easy to grasp, and progressing through the stages was quite satisfying. However, my experience with the second map has been significantly less enjoyable due to what seems like unfair gameplay mechanics. When playing against the game environment on the second map, I've consistently encountered a frustrating pattern: the environment always has two to three players who take their turns before I do. This setup results in these players clearing the stages before I even get a chance to make a move. It feels as though the matches are rigged, heavily favoring the game-controlled players and making it nearly impossible to compete fairly. This issue severely detracts from the overall enjoyment and sense of accomplishment that Phase 10 initially provided. It's disappointing to feel that my progress is hindered not by my own skill or strategy, but by an unbalanced game environment.I hope the developers can address this issue to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Until then, it's hard to fully recommend Phase 10 to anyone looking for a balanced and competitive game
We're sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. While we do want some levels and rivals to be challenging, we don't ever intend for them to feel unfair or impossible. This is something the team is continually working to balance. Thank you for sharing your concerns on this, and we will take these into consideration.
