The game itself is great, I really enjoyed it. The support....eh I don’t know, the way they do not reply to queries in a decent manner just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is just my experience, and it actually takes away my enjoyment of the game.This is just my experience of how they treated my query: So for certain reasons my account was permanently suspended one day, and because I was really confused why, I sent a query to them asking why this happened. Their answer was that my violation was ‘Damage, disable or disrupt servers, network systems, or services provided by ASOBIMO and third parties or the operation of Application.’ Which had me seriously laughing as I did not even expext that kind of reply seeing as I somehow apparently managed to do this by just playing on my phone. So seeing this didn’t really explain anything about how I got banned, I asked for further clarification in the matter, such as the time and date they claimed I committed such an offense. In which their reply was a blatant ‘can’t/ won’t tell you, because we know you did it, so there’s no point asking us’ (in a shortened version lol)So I was like....it doesn’t hurt to just tell your customer some more information, instead of such a blunt reply. So I even sent a reply to this, expressing my thoughts regarding this matter and their service, in which they said they won’t reply to my emails anymore. So am I salty? Yes I am. For something as serious as getting an account banned, their response was not in the helpful at the least, where I literally spent thousands of hours in the game just to get it suspended with vague reasons in which they refuse to tell me in detail to make me understand how and why it got suspended.Tl; dr: Great game, not so great support.
