My Honest Review of Skate Space – Needs Work But Has Huge PotentialAs someone who plays and promotes skateboarding games on YouTube, I had to check out Skate Space. It has a cool concept, but there’s a lot of room for improvement if it really wants to compete in 2025.First off, the controls need an upgrade. There should be actual trick buttons—not just movement. Give us that real skate game vibe like the pros do it. Also, the physics feel off—sometimes too floaty, other times glitchy. A skateboarding game lives or dies by its realism, and this one’s halfway there.Graphics? They’re alright, but in 2025, we need better. More realistic textures, better lighting, and sharper character models would make a big difference. A PC version could take this game to another level and open up mod support, smoother gameplay, and high-end visuals.Maps also feel limited and repetitive. Let’s see some actual cities and towns, maybe even a storyline or missions to keep the game interesting. The tournaments are a nice touch, but they need more depth—brackets, live multiplayer, prize systems, etc.And yes—I even promoted this game on my YouTube channel to see what my followers thought. The comments were clear: they want a remastered version with next-level graphics, new maps, smoother tricks, and better physics. The demand is there. The community is ready.
