Charged twice for subscription

Subscribed and paid on my iPhone but kept getting prompted to finalize my subscription which I could not do due to getting unexpected errors with undefined order numbers. So I logged into my account on PC and checked my payment history which was empty. I updated my payment method there and tried to reactivate my subscription. After doing that, my card was charged again.
Videos get stuck and stop playing

While I’m watching videos and if I turn my phone to either watch a video vertically or horizontally , the video get glitched and I can’t touch anything on my he screen then I have to close the whole app and restart , or the app just closes itself . Very poor
Distribution fails

Highly disappointed that a documentary content network limits who sees what. That goes against the very ethos of documentary. I expected more from Curiosity Stream as the quality of your content is amazing but the company and distribution got lost in its own T&Cs. “Stay curious” only if you live in Europe or US. Stay uninformed but pay the normal subscription if you live elsewhere. Sad.
