I love the app it’s amazing. I am however really getting frustrated with the brightness, I can hardly see clearly during the day. I have to be watching at night or in a dark space to get great picture quality. I am using an iPhone 12 mini and the app uses the phone’s brightness as the picture brightness. I am really battling, all I see is my own reflection instead of the quality. I am watching invasion at the moment and most of the scenes are dark, please anyone help
Streaming via the AppleTV+ App South Africa

Trying to watch a movie, series or anything else streaming via the Apple TV+ App is extremely frustrating. All go well for about 10 to 15 min when it suddenly stops & give an error. If you try loading it again it will go back to the beginning & starting from scratch. The error is saying “The video is not available, there is a problem loading the video. If it persists check your internet connection.”It is not the internet connection as all other Apps & content is running fine & connection is 100% working & stable. I see there are others that was complaining about the same issues. Will have to cancel subscription as it is impossible to watch anything!

All content are buffering all the time. Cancelled my apple tv subscription as it is just impossible to watch with all this buffering. Just now downloaded a movie on my device to watch on via airplay but the same story!! I have a 500 mbs fibre line thats running 100% as Netflix, Prime Tv and Disney is running 100% but as soon as I eant to watch ant content via my apple device it buffers. All Apple tv content and Redbull TV. Have been complaining about this for months and noted hundreds of users in South Africa complaining about the same issue but no response, feedback or rectification from apple. One of their call centre only told me the issue is on my side. I know the issue is not on my side. If it was all other platforms would have done the same. We as users are not stupid!! Even if the apple agents think so.
