I downloaded the Apple Support App with high hopes of resolving my issues efficiently, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. It's perplexing why this app exists if the support team consistently redirects me to call their support phone number instead of addressing my concerns directly. I've faced repeated disconnections from the chat, resulting in the need to explain my issue to new team members each time.What's even more aggravating is the reluctance of support team members to escalate my problem and their insistence on referring me back to the phone number. For these reasons, I have to give the Apple Support App a one-star rating, but in all honesty, it's worth zero stars in my book.In addition to my frustrations with the Apple Support App, my experience with their phone support has been equally exasperating. When I call the provided phone number, I find myself having to explain my issue all over again, and it appears that the support team member on the other end doesn't fully comprehend the problem. Instead of addressing my specific issue, they tend to share generic FAQ documents that offer little value.Only after persistent requests do they finally acknowledge the transcript and attached screenshots I've provided. Despite this, I'm currently on hold, and it has been a staggering 2.5 hours with no resolution in sight. This entire experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with Apple's support system.
