Becoming a top chef who wows diners with their culinary artistry is a dream for many of us. In Chef’s Dream, it all comes true. Not without hard work, however. In this cooking game, time management is of the essence as you whip up cuisine from around the world, open new restaurants and keep your customers happy.
Before you grab your chef’s jacket, the star chef from Chef’s Dream shares their pro pointers for success.
Can you tell us how to manage time efficiently while the Chef’s Dream restaurant is open?
Chef: You have to serve your customers quickly and efficiently, while also ensuring that the food is cooked perfectly. Try to use the time between orders to prepare for the next ones, such as cooking rice, frying potatoes or putting kebabs on the grill. Being prepared is especially helpful when a large order comes in.
How can new owners make sure they are making enough money to grow their business?
Chef: Focus on getting the orders out on time – the faster you are, the more tips you’ll earn – and make sure to set up your menu board. If you still cannot reach the next level in the game, it means your prices are too low, so think about adjusting things according to your ingredients.

Improvement is expensive. Is there a way to spend less and save more for a new restaurant?
Chef: Yes, good kitchen equipment is certainly everyone’s dream, but don’t waste your money on all the latest gadgets. Choose the most efficient ones. For example, in the kebab house, people get kebabs on a plate – so upgrade your plates first.
Do you have any suggestions on how not to lose customers?
Chef: On very busy days, don’t serve things like drinks or snacks on large orders too quickly – otherwise your customers will get them but then have to wait for dishes such as kebabs, which take longer to prepare. Only serve the smaller items if things are getting very hectic, so at least they’ll be happy to see part of their order.

What if a very large group comes in and it’s impossible to keep up with orders without burning food?
Chef: Easy. You can always use boosters to prepare food instantly or to prevent food from burning. And who says no to automatically serving prepared orders to customers? A little booster works in every area of human life.
