I admit that the CupCut is the best editing app for mobile phones but why you are making everything paid? You have so many fans using your app but i think you are loosing them one by one and me too. You know, after the last update I already don’t want to edit with CapCut. Few updates before everything was pretty good there were no even ads and you added ads that was ok but now you crossed the border. Please guys release a new update that is free CapCut and it is okay if you lock some extra features but the Effects, Animations, HD graphic, slow-mo “faster process” and some others must be free🤝❤️🔥

CapCut has become a huge disappointment. The app is advertised as free, but in reality, that ‘free’ claim is just a marketing ploy. It used to be a decent editing tool, but now everything you actually need to produce high-quality work is locked behind a paywall. Almost all the useful features that were once free are now paid, and at every turn, you’re bombarded with offers to upgrade to the Pro version.The addition of a watermark is another issue. You used to be able to create clean, professional videos without unnecessary branding, but now even basic users have to deal with it. And, of course, if you want to remove the watermark, you have to pay. As if that wasn’t enough, the app is now overrun with ads. Every step is another attempt to sell you something.If you call the app free, then where are the truly free features? Don’t mislead your users! Many people chose CapCut for its simplicity and accessibility, but now it’s turning into yet another ‘freemium’ trap. I urge the leadership to reconsider their strategy, or you’ll quickly lose your loyal user base.

I bought a 1-year Pro subscription, and after just 1 month the app stopped working.I contacted support, and they claimed that I requested a refund, which is completely false. I never asked for a refund. When I asked them to show proof of this request, they couldn’t provide anything.After that, I actually asked for my money back, and they told me the refund was already processed and that I should contact my bank. I contacted my bank, they confirmed no refund was made.So CapCut says the money was refunded, the bank says it wasn’t. No proof, no solution, no responsibility.Very disappointing experience. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. Be careful before buying a long-term subscription.
