Meet the creator: Based in the scenic English market town of Southam, Codemasters was founded by brothers Richard and David Darling. The pair began making games as kids in the late 1970s, building clones of popular titles like Galaxian. Their GRID series debuted in 2008, and its predecessor—TOCA Race Driver—roared onto the scene back in 1997.
