Comb scenes—from an eerie roadside café to the mayor’s office—for cleverly concealed objects, like a wallet revealed by getting Joe’s mom to leave her chair when you hand her headache pills. Voilà!

What we love: Switching between characters. Inside a school, Joe slides a newspaper under a locked maintenance-room door, while Sheriff Jones reaches through a broken window to knock a set of keys off its hook and onto the paper. Switch back to Joe, then pull the newspaper to grab the keys. It takes two to solve these puzzles!

Quick tip: Look very closely—items are often hidden behind other objects, with just an edge visible. Always try swiping on windows, like those above the jewelry store. You never know when one might open up.
