Great app for travel with an after trip update
Kguy18
I think the developer poured a lot of thought and effort into the app and I do believe that for other travelers it is a worthwhile investment if you need all your travel info in one place and shareable. That said you need not look further because this app has it all. Flights, hotels, and general itinerary management is great! I used the email function and the hit rate was pretty good. A couple hotel bookings didn’t go through but they were formatted oddly even for human reading so that is certainly not the fault of the ingest system. For standard booking (major airlines and chain hotels) flights and hotels it worked flawlessly. I really appreciated the sharing feature, I had the other family on the trip download the app and they were able to see and add to the itinerary, which was excellent. Overall a well executed app and it is probably well fitting if you need all your travel info in one app that you can share with others.Post trip update: I want to continue using the app, but after having it for a trip we just didn’t need to use the functionality - I think I’m more organized already and it was a chore to move everything to the app rather than just use our existing calendar and weather apps. Also, I think based on the fact I already use Flighty for real-time flight notifications that extra feature wasn’t needed for me so I turned off the flight info for the trip. For me it’s just not something I can see using, THAT SAID, the execution is great and it deserves 5 stars even if it doesn’t fit my use case. Excellent work, a pleasure to use.
Travel Sports + Business

Great app with lots of room to grow. This app is an excellent planner. The ability to share the trip with a collaborator has been helpful for when we travel for youth sports, business trips I plan and someone else travels on, and the ability to have all trip info in one place, nicely displayed and customized to my liking. I think as the app development continues there will be more options to customize the experience. Even the free version is great for those who only take a few trips and need a place to hold their info! Going to new places can be overwhelming when traveling and this helps streamline what is planned. I’d like some features added like: easier viewing categories “Just for flights”. “Just for lodging.” It would visually help being split up and then an all together itinerary. I also would like in those “Just for flights” to be able to view the flights in the order we are doing them. Sometimes first flight then second flight etc. Also, removing the layover as an extra flight would be helpful. I don’t like having it look like a different flight to Phoenix if really I just have a layover on my way to Dallas. All that being said, it’s a solid app and we use it a lot!
Great UI, poor customer service, limited free version

I downloaded this app to replace an aging app I’ve used for years. I contacted customer service (twice) to see if they offered a feature to import my old trips. I heard no response both times, but I signed up for pro anyways to give it a try. I like it, but the lacking customer service and limited free version basically giving you hardly anything without pro is a challenge to overcome. I can pay $5 a month for something I may use a few times a year and keep having that commitment, or, I can pick something that’s pretty well done for free, and possibly pay a-la-crate for extras. Having all my old trips stuck in an app that I cannot easily export the data from, and having to start from scratch with a paywall here just to break free, gives me an uneasy feeling. If the developer were more responsive and were to consider taking my request into consideration, i might have a better feeling that the commitment is there. Without that though, it’s hard to want to commit to a monthly or yearly subscription. I get that people and companies want to make money, but that money needs to be earned, and so far I’m still waiting. I hope it happens, I like this app and would be willing to commit if it truly were and all-inclusive data store for everything I want and had in the past. Thanks for your commitment, and i’ll keep an eye on this.
This update includes several improvements and bug fixes.
