The concierge feature listed within the tanzanite area perks is extremely generous! I believe the developers have begun focusing more on this area recently. So far, I receive 15-50 million free chips 1-2x a week, sometimes more. mostly to myKONAMI mobile, and once or twice to myvegas. MyKONAMI mobile is my fave of the “myvegas” apps. Highly recommend getting to the tanzanite level as many, many free chips and a personalized email letting you know you’ve received them is great and also can offer feedback or ask questions via the email contact assigned to you. My only criticism is that it does seem lately like there a slight difficulty increase whether it’s fir high level plsyrrrs or all, or just bad luck !, I can’t say. But I can be conservative and still seem to burn through more chips and have less payout than before. May just be perception, however. MyKONAMI is certainly the most challenging of the myvegas related apps, but the games are awesome and vary quite a bit and I enjoy the relative simplicity. I don’t play the non-mobile version so can’t comment on whether it is different or not. People do tend to lose their cool when small tech glitches happen, or they lose all their chips. It’s a free game. Unless you purchase chips. That allows you to accumulate loyalty points that offer generous free or reduced costs to many, many of the “main” Vegas attractions ad well as MGM associated hotels. It’s hard to fathom exactly what people are complaining about, exactly ... it’s gambling. Play gambling. Gambling kind of just works that way???! Glitchy and frustrating

I’ve been playing MyKonami slots for about 1 yr, and generally enjoy the games. The challenges are fun and I don’t mind spending a small amount of money to have a bigger bankroll of imaginary coins. However, todays “pusher” challenge on the game “Quest for Riches” was impossible to win, even at max bet. The challenge requires players to get a certain amount of monetary win within a limited number of spins. I will NEVER play it again, and I’m considering just deleting the app because I feel it is unfair to have a challenge that cannot be won. After trying 3 times, and losing $170B coins, which is excessive for these games, I decided to play a different game on the app, a game called “Go West”. Unfortunately, after each and every spin, a pop up message would come up reminding me to “bet up for better chances to win Quest for Riches”. So the “glitch” was reminding me to bet up on a game I wasn’t even playing and not letting me spin. It literally took 10 seconds for each spin and the message kept coming up no matter what I tried. The message was coming from the challenge area for the game, even though the challenge was “locked” because I wasn’t playing the Quest for Riches game. I can’t help but wonder if this glitch is responsible for making it impossible to win the challenge. I double checked that the app was up to date on my phone. I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money on this app.

Konami slots is rigged. I’ve been playing it for about 2 years. At first I was able to get to the different vip levels and have made it to the emerald level. But I cannot go any further no matter how much I play, how much I bet per spin, and how much I spend to purchase points so I can keep playing. In fact, the more I spend to purchase points, the less points I get per purchase and the price to buy extra points keeps getting hire. Now, I’ve just noticed that the bonus percentage at the emerald level has decreased from 50% bonus to 30% bonus. Now, I also fear that I may not even be able to maintain emerald status as the rewards that one needs to collect to maintain one’s vip status is getting less. I am now sorry I spent money on buying extra points to keep playing. I am not spending any more money on this game. I felt I needed to submit this review to warn others who are thinking about installing this app. If you are be aware that it will lure you in and once you start spending money to purchase extra points to keep playing it will get more and more expensive to keep playing.

Like other slot games, they start you off with greater win odds but as your level advances they dial back and tighten the slots. (Especially when you up your bet amount.) Most recently I saved up my coins for three days only to have them disappear in under two minutes of "play". (One of those minutes was spent in a bonus round in which I won 0 coins.) Sadly, this is another cash grab app that preys upon people buying fake coins that are too weak to simply delete the app. And if these games are truly authentic then what I learned is to stay away from Konami slots in the real casinos. The only good bet here is that most of the good reviews are fake! And worst of all, it's so loaded with pop-up ads for buying coins and bugs that nine times out of 10, it crashes before you can even get into a game. Most disappointing app I have EVER had the displeasure of "playing".Don't WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! And seriously what a load of garbage that this app shows nearly a five star rating when you read the first 10 reviews and the average rating is 2 1/2 stars. Absolutely proves that the "App Store" is able to be bought off to eliminate low rated reviews. Absolute PROOF! I have tried posting this review a few times and never actually saw it get posted. All of these companies involved are completely crooked and I should contact my local news company
