Aegis Core - Robot Uprising is an immersive augmented reality shooter exclusively designed for Apple Vision Pro, where your space becomes a battlefield against a robotic uprising. As humanity's last line of defense, you'll don a virtual combat helmet with an advanced HUD system and wield an arsenal of powerful energy weapons.
--
The game features four distinct blaster types, each with unique capabilities. Master the art of switching between weapons to tackle different combat scenarios as waves of increasingly challenging robots attempt to breach your position.
Strategic power-ups materialize in your space, offering game-changing abilities like rapid-fire mode, spread shots, temporary invincibility, and health restoration. The innovative hand-tracking system allows you to interact naturally with your environment - grab power-ups, switch weapons, and aim with intuitive precision.
Your combat helmet's HUD displays critical information including score, health status, weapon heat management, and power-up duration. The game features a wave-based progression system, where each brings new challenges and more aggressive robot behaviors.
Track your performance through various metrics including survival time, robot kills, shot accuracy, and overall score. Compete globally through Game Center leaderboards across multiple categories, including lifetime achievements. The game saves your stats and progression, allowing you to unlock advanced weapons in the future as you prove your combat prowess.

A truly next level game
GravitasDarkMatter
As a person who grew up playing Nintendo in the 80s, this game is really kind of like a dream come true because you’re in the game the graphics are awesome and the gameplay and user experience itself is next level. It takes into account spatial gameplay. I was actually playing in a wing of my house characters were responding in the hallway in nooks on top of furniture. It was super fun. This app executes on the potential of spatial video games.
Best shooter controls yet!
Masterchief
This game makes playing a shooter with just your hands super easy. Was happy to see how well it controlled and responded. Hoping for a good bit of new updates.
Developer Response
Thank you so much! I spent a lot of time making those custom hand gestures. Glad it’s being appreciated!
Controls are not perfect
SapphireBlue42
I am an experienced vr gamer and find the controls wildly difficult and inaccurate. Requires many attempts for anything I try to do. Can’t get passed first levelUpdate: After watching Justin Ryan’s demo I am able to make weapons appear consistently, but the charge and especially fire gestures are still giving me trouble. I wish there was some kind of alternative input (simpler controls, psvr2) option so I’m not blocked when an issue comes up.
Developer Response
Hi there! That’s very odd! First thing I would ask is are you continuing to keep your fists together or immediately releasing them when pulling the energy ball apart? Try keeping your fists closed.
Pure fun and energy

This game will get you moving around. It doesn’t seem like hand tracking should be this good
