What we love: The heroes. You are not alone in forging your path through the ages, because as you play you will be collecting your very own heroes of history. These include real-life figures such as Leonidas, in-game ninjas and more. It’s up to you to develop them and use their strengths in the real-time battles to expand the reach of your empire and secure valuable resources.

Quick tip: Never undervalue your workforce. They’re the backbone of your society, contributing to your progress and carrying you through each era as they work on farms, generate income in their houses and unearth treasures. But they’re also in limited supply, so observe how and where your workers are distributed to ensure you can continue to develop your civilisation.
