Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase. Best gacha of all times! Playing for 3 years as a FTP player, which is imo the most interesting way to play the game. I did quit WoW for this game, because in Raid all your progress matters - which is very satisfying for people who love the grind! There are pop-up offers, but you just have to be emotionally stable and understand - the game needs to make some money. And honestly the gaming experience is so good, nothing can ruin it. After starting Raid I never felt like I wasted my time ever since!

Nice game and amazing waifus but...

Some of the people, play raid only because of waifus and it’s exciting and fun to finally obtain a girl you wanted. It is a very fun experience to build a waifu team of your wish from a different factions. However after playing game for a while now (3 months) you realize that this game lacks character cloth customization or in other words skin for characters. What do I mean by that? Yes every character is unique and cool looking no doubt, but again as an example of banner lords. Best waifus are uncommon(2) and rare(1) and higher tiers waifus aren't very impressive. How to fix it? In champions menu developers can add new tab called “skins”. Where you click on character and pick a skin for them. And I am not saying it should be free. Can cost let’s say 1000 silver or 100 gems to change elhain to make her look like sniper outfit or like luthiea outfit. This small change will dramatically change game and will make people like it more. I do understand that the game has more other fun aspects and people play it for different reasons, so I still recommend this game, play it yourself and find what you like in it. 4/5 stars from me.

I very appreciate the game you created, I had so much fun playing it! However the further you update it the more it requires. Unfortunately, I can’t spend all my time playing it & that’s what it demands. You keep adding so many things and updates I got totally lost in its mechanics. I need to stick to my phone for hours just to take daily collectables, & the legendary champions you’re giving away for free appears faster than it takes to upgrade one hero to 60 lvl. It is ridiculous that all the efforts I put to obtain legendary super rears with my luck & time has absolutely no value in compare to free champs everyone gets for nothing. The amount of different new mechanics & in-game currencies & tokens has reached its highest point where I can’t keep track of things, now I don’t feel I’m playing it, but the game plays me. If your goal was to take all my time in exchange for cheap dopamine, I’m not buying it. It used to be the only game I played, but it became impossible. Goodbye

My account was permanently blocked without any clear explanation.I contacted customer support and fully complied with all their requests.I provided:•bank statements confirming in-game purchases over a long period,•exact dates requested by support,•account details and other ownership confirmations.After reviewing the documents, support restored the account, which confirmed that the account was mine.However, a few hours later the account was blocked again.At the same time, the account was unlinked from my email, and I could see that someone else was actively playing on it, despite the fact that the account had two-factor authentication enabled, making unauthorized access extremely unlikely.Since then, support states that the account is “not mine” and refuses to explain what happened or how access was changed.This situation raises serious concerns:•no clear reason for the ban,•loss of account access after successful verification,•contradictory actions by support,•verified payment history being ignored.I invested significant time and real money, yet there is no transparent or reliable account protection process.I strongly advise caution before making any purchases.
