Shadows problem

I purchased the Remove Background Pro subscription about six months ago. Initially, everything was fine, but over the past few months, the app has changed significantly.The main issues are always related to creating shadows.The shadow feature doesn’t work properly (in the initial version, the shadow is rarely successful, and when pressing “regenerate,” the shadow either doesn’t change or disappears entirely).When creating a template with shadows, it’s impossible to adjust the size or position of the photo (nothing happens when you click on different options for placement or resizing).In the preview, the shadow might be visible, but when saving the photo, it disappears.
