Hello dear developers. I have 2 questions: in first why I didn’t get my preregistration bonus? And second when you fix bag with Facebook friends? I mean bag when nobody can’t have more than 25 friends - what makes impossible to get prize for 30 friends.

One of the best games in the AppStore! Of course there are some bugs, lags and glitches, but every game has some. I have only one major complaint. Please make the in-game chat usable to use, it’s awful now, the worst implementation I ever seen. That small window in the middle of the screen (that blocking all game functionality) with only one row to write your message, it’s ridiculous! Look through some other big games in the store, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel.

I’m waiting more than half hour, and nothing. I see only “touch the screen” label and inactive buttons and background. And sometimes i have dialog like “connection problem” butI don’t have problem with internet connection. Maybe this problem between my ipad and your servers.Just waiting the success connecting and have to start this great game. (Previously played on Chinese servers like TiangTangDev)

iPhone 6 is really low on fps for 100% of the time, it’s impossible to play. The battery life is no more, even on the lowest settings the game drains 100% of the charge in 1.5 hours. Overall the game feels like a bot simulator of the official lineage game. It does all by himself, kill mobs, auto equip the best gear, the bot can even do PvP by himself. U just need to do the dirty work to speak with NPC’s. Great idea but poor execution. I’m out of the game and will never return.
