Deception! after buying the crystals, they became unavailable…several transactions were made but I didn't get the crystals, after that I made a request for a refund of those requests, in the following days, I shopped and I had about 1.8k crystals from the following purchases.. today I went in and have -3 , 8k crystals.. I am disappointed with this game, and I do not plan to play it now, although I could continue to play and spend money, even if it were not for such unpleasant actions of the company, they "greatly" sorted out the situation

The game has become a pay to win game during last 2 years. Yes you formally can play without donate, but it is masquerade and you will pay 100%, because you can’t receive some stuff without donate and nobody invite you in guild without results. And it is not about long term play, some stuff are really available only via donate. Btw, read t&c, because your account doesn’t belong you even if you donated money. And btw, there are a lot for imperial chauvinism and racism inside the server chat and nobody cares about it. So please be careful to write something.
