Make more server capacity or block tween accounts and fix the 403 login problem

I've been playing this game for over 8 years, but after Ubisoft bought it out it seems to have gotten worse constantly hard to get into the game and now it writes some kind of error "403 Forbidden" I can not get in any way after the update, which was recently I hope you will fix it

I set up 5 stars because it’s a very nice game, BUT hackers in the game it’s so sad I was hacked 3 times and I lost my 25 dls :(I have only 1 request, remove the ability to cheat and hack accounts and then the game will be very even five stars! Thanks for attention.
