During the challenge with cat and balloons, it is very uncomfortable that balloons are placed at the board. It would be more better if they place at the place where gift are placed. Because when it is no free place on the board I can’t generate new items, I new to blew up the balloons, so I can’t collect and merge them. Or I can’t generate new items.

Strong complaint regarding removal of free features after making purchases

I’ve been playing your game for several years and everything was working perfectly fine — I was genuinely enjoying the experience. But the moment I started making purchases, I began noticing major changes. And that’s exactly what frustrates me the most.For years, I was getting the free daily blue chest with energy. After that, I could buy one more for just 10 diamonds. But right after my first payment, the free chest was completely gone — now it’s only available for diamonds.Then, after a recent purchase (almost $6), the option to watch ads for free items disappeared too. I used to get several items a day, then at least one — now I don’t even get that one. Nothing.On top of that, I’ve lost the ability to speed up time by watching ads — now it also costs diamonds.So no — this isn’t something I imagine. I played this game for years without paying, and everything worked fine. Only after I became a paying user did I start losing free features. That’s what makes this so upsetting.I am extremely disappointed. Treating paying customers like this is unacceptable, unfair, and honestly insulting.Because of this, I’ll be leaving a 1-star review in the App Store, and I’ll no longer recommend this game to anyone. It’s a shame — I used to love it.?

I play 3-4 other similar merge games and there are much longer sessions and when I play them I don’t feel like developers want to take my money as often as it possible.Do something about that if you want to make your players continue playing this game.
